Aliya is a Paralegal at Bay Immigration Law, specialising in O-1 and EB-1 visa petitions. She holds an MA in Law from the University of Edinburgh, an LLM in International Law from the University of Law and an MA from the University of Nottingham. Before joining the firm, Aliya worked with Dispute Resolution Services at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris. She is bilingual in English and French, with proficiency in Spanish and Mandarin Chinese. From her prior experience in the translation industry, she has developed a strong background in drafting, editing and writing with precision and attention to detail.
