POSITION DUTIES:

Shaping and executing marketing initiatives that contribute to the firm’s continued
success and expansion into new markets; Conceptualizing, planning, and overseeing
the implementation of various marketing campaigns and initiatives, including
identifying key target markets, understanding regional nuances, and tailoring
strategies to effectively reach and resonate with diverse audiences; Identifying
emerging trends and opportunities in the immigration services sector and crafting
creative marketing initiatives that position Bay Immigration Law as a leader in the
field; Developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with the firm’s
expansion goals; Conducting market research to identify potential areas for growth,
understanding competitor landscapes, and devising strategies to differentiate Bay
Immigration Law in the industry; Translating the firm’s unique value propositions
into compelling messaging that resonates with the target audience, ultimately driving
client acquisition and contributing to the firm’s growth trajectory; Leveraging digital
marketing channels, including social media platforms and the firm’s website, to
engage and inform potential clients; Utilizing various digital platforms to create and
disseminate content that informs, engages, and attracts potential clients, including
managing social media accounts, developing and curating content for the firm’s
website, and implementing digital advertising strategies; Engaging with online
communities and monitoring social media trends will be integral to maintaining an
active and responsive digital presence; Monitoring and analyzing marketing
performance metrics, and refining strategies based on data-driven insights; Tracking
and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing initiatives
using tools and analytics platforms to assess the effectiveness of various campaigns,
identifying areas for improvement, and making data-driven recommendations and
regularly reporting on marketing performance to the leadership team; Staying abreast
of industry benchmarks, trends, and technological advancements to continually
optimize and refine marketing strategies; Analyzing the firm’s existing market
presence to understand customer and market opportunities to grow business;
Assessing the firm’s current market standing, including evaluating customer
feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis; Conducting a thorough analysis,
gaining insights into customer needs and preferences, identifying areas where the
firm can enhance its services or expand its reach; Contributing to the development of
business growth strategies based on a deep understanding of the existing market
dynamics, enabling the firm to make informed decisions and capitalize on
opportunities for expansion.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or closely related field; plus one (1) year of experience, which must include:

– Business strategy and strategic planning
– Organizational development
– Market research and competitive analysis
– Business communication and presentation techniques
– Utilizing Google Analytics
– Developing metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness
