Matthew is an experienced employment-based immigration attorney with a background in everything from high volume tech clients to boutique companies. Matthew has represented clients in both immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters.

Matthew is in charge of Bay Immigration’s green card and nationality practice. He has also previously worked with clients on L-1 intracompany transferee visas and E-2 treaty investor visas.. Matthew has a Doctorate in Jurisprudence (J.D.) from St. Mary’s University School of Law, a Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Liberal Studies (MLS) both from Southern Methodist University. Matthew is a native Texan and currently resides in Dallas.
