As the Director of Operations at Bay Immigration Law, Yana Dmitrieva is responsible for leading a team of legal professional in strategizing and delivering on the full scope of employment-based and family-based immigration cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Yana spent over 4 years as a paralegal with AmLaw Group where she was responsible for leading EB-5 Immigrant Investor petitions from ideation through to execution. Prior to her career in immigration law, Yana spent 5 years at Deloitte, KPMG, and PwC advising clients on taxation matters.

Yana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics and a Master’s Degree in International Finance. She is fluent in Russian and English.
