As the Managing Director, TJ leads the operational, financial, and HR management of the practice. Since 2016, he has been responsible for leading the strategy and development of Extraordinary Ability and National Interest Waiver petitions at the firm.

TJ is also responsible for helping our small- and medium-sized clients establish their business in the United States, including oversight of entity registration, business plan drafting, and general strategy and business consulting across a variety of industries, including blockchain, venture capital investment, agribusiness, travel, logistics and transportation, cyber security, mobile and web app development.

TJ received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from McGill University, and Master’s Degrees in Financial Economics and Applied Econometrics from York University and the University of Waterloo. TJ is fluent in Russian and English.
